Judges from the Monterey County Superior Court are partnering with California Highway Patrol (CHP), Mother’s Against Drunk Driving (MADD), Hartnell College and Monterey County Office of Education (MCOE) and Hartnell College to offer 500 high school students a unique learning experience to deepen their understanding of the law in relationship to Driving While Intoxicated (DWI). On March 7th, Students will partake in a full day of learning about the law and Drug and Alcohol violations. The event is open to high school students in attendance of a Monterey County High School. Students must be accompanied by a district representative or teacher. We encourage those students and their teachers in Health or Administrative Justice Career Pathways to participate..
